This should be the ‘Thank You’ slide (please refer to page 7 of the SB). The OST should be changed to:

You have successfully completed Module 1: Baxter Overview.
Click the ‘Ethics & Compliance’ module to continue.

The 3rd and 4th module will be greyed out and only the 2nd module will be clickable.
