Description

Updated text: Through the integration of OCI and EPM systems, data exchange is facilitated to enable planners to view, report, and analyze information. This integration ensures a seamless transfer of data from OCI to the EPM FinPln and FinRpt cubes. By connecting these systems in a streamlined manner, consolidated income statement reports at the JLL level can be generated effectively. This integration serves as a single source of truth for data movement with downstream systems, such as PeopleSoft, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process.

It is important to emphasize that capex and associated depreciation planning exclusively take place in EPM. Following this, the depreciation data is then transferred back to the respective income statement accounts in OCI. It should be noted that planners do not have the capability to edit or update these depreciation values, with the exception of LATAM business units.
