The organization chart displays your supervisor at the top of the page and the respective team members (including employees, contingent workers and any unfilled positions) at the bottom. A blue line above a worker’s name indicates that they have direct reports. Use the arrows to move up and down in the organization chart . Clicking the drop down under 'Customize Chart View' will allow you to selectively remove contingent workers & open positions from the hierarchy view
