While explaining 'Envelope Icon', use below text
The envelope icon takes you to your Workday My Tasks. The number displayed tells you the number of changes and business processes that require your action. Click the envelope icon to go to the actions tab. Click an item in the list to view its details on the right hand side and take action. This example shows the Give Feedback tasks assigned.
